The Rate is $4000/week* + Hawaii State Taxes (11.4167%) and a $250 Non refundable Out Clean Fee.

A one week minimum stay is required.
A security deposit of $1000 is due prior to your arrival and will be refunded after your departure less any unusual cleaning, repairs, or phone charges.
Weekly maid service is provided for stays longer than one week. |

Deposit:
A Deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental amount is due at booking and will be applied toward your total amount. We will email you an invoice from our Paypal account if your dates are available. The entire balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will receive a refund only if the home is re-rented.
You may want to purchase travel insurance. |
